Since 2020, I have been dedicated to helping clients navigate the real estate market with expertise, integrity, and a commitment to their best interests. As a buyer/seller-certified agent and an active real estate investor, I walk the talk—I own and manage both residential and commercial rental properties. My specialties include investment properties, commercial real estate, and farm, ranch, and land transactions. I am also well-versed in designated properties and water rights, particularly those related to the ongoing Nooksack drainage adjudication.

With 28+ years of experience as an RN Charge Nurse, I bring a detail-oriented, research-driven approach to real estate. I meticulously analyze every aspect of a property before listing it or submitting an offer, ensuring my clients are well-informed and confident in their decisions. My background has also honed my negotiation skills, making me a strong advocate for my clients in any transaction.

Education has always been a priority for me—I hold three degrees in health and science fields, pursue extensive continuing education, and have completed all CCIM courses for commercial real estate. I am highly responsive, an excellent communicator, and dedicated to delivering top-tier service.

Outside of real estate, I am a Christian, an organic rancher, gardener, and I prioritize a healthy, active lifestyle. My husband and I enjoy life with our adult children, and I bring the same dedication and work ethic to my personal life as I do to my profession.
